HR Analyst
Location: Surat
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Must-Have
Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition roles.
Experience in hiring for manufacturing or electronics industries (e.g., EMS, PCBA)
Key Activities & Role Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Program Manager and Promoter to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
End-to-End Hiring: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to fill technical and non-technical roles efficiently.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with leadership to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Candidate Experience: Ensure clear communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Onboarding: Facilitate smooth integration of new hires with role-specific training and orientation.
Workforce Planning: Track hiring metrics and anticipate staffing needs to support business growth.
Experience & Skillsets
Industry Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition roles, ideally in small or growing organizations.
- Prior experience hiring for manufacturing or electronics industries (e.g., EMS, PCBA) is a strong plus.
Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of modern recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and techniques.
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to work directly with leadership and external vendors.
Process-Oriented: Ability to design and refine recruitment processes to scale with business growth.
Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
