Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Document all interactions in the companys CRM system.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Analyze and identify potential areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management for improvement initiatives.
  • Manage client accounts effectively and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Generate performance reports and meet key performance indicators.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Address and escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as required by management.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated in the BPO sector.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or BPO role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
