Relationship Manager

Fingel Management Services Pvt. Ltd. operates in the Economic Inclusion space, focusing on Micro Loans, Micro Insurance, and Micro Savings. We partner with banks and NBFCs to grow their business in these segments, as well as in Affordable Home Loans. Our technology-driven approach ensures quality and time efficiency in business processes, delivering consistent returns year on year. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include handling client queries, providing end-to-end service, and working closely with clients to develop and execute business plans. The role also involves portfolio management, ensuring quality and sustained returns for clients.
