Tech Co-Founder

Role Overview

As Tech Cofounder, you will:

• Own the end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and execution.
• Scale the engineering team from 10 to 20+ while managing outsourced DevOps.
• Embed AI/LLMs into compliance, data processing, and analytics workflows.
• Ensure systems meet regulatory standards both Indian and global.

Core Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Architect high-volume ETL pipelines for data reconciliation.
• Design LLM-driven solutions for document parsing (invoices, receipts), followups and compliance checks.
• Build multi-tenant SaaS systems adaptable to global regulations (e.g., GDPR, VAT).

AI & Compliance

• Deploy LLMs (GPT-4, Claude) with RAG for context-aware compliance.
• Implement real-time analytics dashboards with natural language querying.
  

Team & Vendor Management

• Hire and mentor engineers with expertise in AI, distributed systems, and fintech.
• Manage outsourced DevOps vendors, ensuring uptime, security, and cost efficiency.
• Establish engineering processes (CI/CD, code reviews, agile sprints).

Strategic Growth

• Collaborate with founders on product roadmaps, fundraising, and global expansion.
• Leverage data network effects to create platform stickiness.

How We Assess YouTechnical Evaluation

Coding Test:

• Optimize a reconciliation algorithm for 1M+ records using Python/Java.
• Design a scalable ETL pipeline with error handling for partial failures.

System Design:

• Architect a multi-tenant compliance system with LLM-powered anomaly detection.
• Propose a vendor management strategy for outsourced DevOps (cost vs. quality).

LLM Use Case:

• Fine-tune an open-source model (e.g., Llama 3) to extract HSN codes from invoices.

Interview Focus Areas

• Founder Mindset: How you pivoted in past startups, handled failures, or scaled teams.
• Compliance Depth: Certifications like SOC-2, ISO, GDPR from technical standpoint.
• AI Trade-offs: Cost/accuracy of fine-tuning vs. RAG for compliance automation.
