We seek a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong business finance, revenue control, MIS, and analytics background. They should be comfortable overseeing accounting tasks and possess a solid understanding of taxation.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support business objectives.- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to provide insights and recommendations.- Oversee revenue control processes and ensure accurate reporting.- Manage and analyze MIS data to support decision-making processes.- Provide oversight on accounting tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy.- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and data analysis.- Maintain conceptual clarity on taxation matters and ensure compliance.- Effectively manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Communicate financial insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
