Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insolvency Professional and Company Secretary at Finvin Turnaround & Restructuring Private Limited office located in Jodhpur. Day-to-day tasks include managing insolvency processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing legal documents, and coordinating with stakeholders and regulatory authorities. The role also involves providing strategic advice on restructuring and turnaround initiatives, handling corporate secretarial duties, and supporting corporate governance activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing insolvency processes and related legal documentation
- Knowledge of compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance
- Strong skills in strategic advising on restructuring and turnaround initiatives

- Relevant certifications in Insolvency and Company Secretary roles
- Ability to handle corporate secretarial duties effectively

- Experience in the restructuring and insolvency domain is a plus
