Job Summary

We are seeking a highly passionate Junior Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years

of experience in driving end-to-end product planning & execution and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, coupled with a passion for addressing real-world business challenges through innovative product development.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver on product milestones.
• Analyze user feedback, data trends, and market dynamics to identify areas for product improvement.
• Drive continuous product enhancements through agile iterations to achieve defined product goals and key outcomes.
• Lead Minimum Viable Product (MVP) initiatives, validate product-market fit, and implement iterative enhancements to optimize user adoption and retention.
• Monitor KPIs and success metrics to inform product decisions and iterations.
• Support the creation of client-facing materials, including user guides, product walkthrough videos, and release notes, to enhance customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience inSaaS, fintech, or enterprise software domains.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product documentation (user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria).
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at stakeholder management.
• Analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated passion for solving real-world business problems through innovative technology solutions.
• Competence in utilizing product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with the accounting and finance domain is a plus.
