We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who thrive on consistency, discipline, and the belief that success is built one call, one email, and one conversation at a time. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with our prospective customers. Your job is not only to create opportunities but also to bring persistence and process excellence to every interaction.

This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of SDR/Inside Sales experience in SaaS who understands that no-meeting days are inevitable, but giving up is not an option.

What Youll Do:

  • Prospect Daily: Run consistent outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn every single day, not just when its convenient.
  • Engage Relentlessly: Research, identify, and connect with CFOs, Finance Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders across mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Qualify with Patience: Learn to ask the right questions, run structured discovery, and map the buying committee over time.
  • Stay Process-Driven: Use Zoho CRM to maintain clean, accurate records of every outreach and follow-up because discipline compounds.
  • Collaborate with AEs: Support Account Executives with thoughtful hand-offs, account intelligence, and persistence until the meeting happens.

What You Bring:

  • 12 years of SDR / Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS (preferred in Fintech/ERP/Finance Automation).
  • A track record of consistency in outreach, whether or not every day resulted in meetings.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.
  • A process-first mindset: you value discipline and activity, knowing results will follow.
  • Resilience and coachability you bounce back quickly from rejection and keep going.
