Job Overview
The Call Center Banking Agent Bilingual - Abu Dhabi UAE will manage inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve complaints, document service requests, and generate leads for banking products. The role requires adherence to service level targets and active contribution to FAB s customer-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend to incoming customer calls and provide accurate product and service information
* Resolve complaints within authorized limits or escalate per established procedures
* Recommend banking products or services based on analysis of customer needs
* Maintain accurate records by updating customer interactions, notes, and service requests
* Achieve service quality targets and contribute to customer satisfaction KPIs
* Identify upselling opportunities and generate leads for FAB s retail products
* Ensure full compliance with bank policies, service standards, and regulatory guidelines
* Participate in special tasks or assignments as delegated by team leaders or managers
* Demonstrate flexibility in shift schedules to meet service level and call abandonment targets
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling customer data
* Work within the approved authorization matrix and adhere to operational frameworks

Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 0 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or call center environment
* Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
* Strong interpersonal and listening skills with the ability to handle pressure
* Attention to detail, documentation skills, and knowledge of CRM systems
* Willingness to work flexible shifts and contribute to team performance
