Position Overview

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring a Corporate Sales Manager to join the Global Markets division. This role focuses on delivering structured Global Markets solutions including derivatives, FX, and commodities to large corporate and commercial banking clients. The ideal candidate will have deep product knowledge, strong client relationship skills, and a track record of meeting sales and revenue targets in financial markets.

What You ll Do

* Drive Global Markets product sales to large corporates within the Corporate and Commercial Banking Group segment
* Meet individual and team revenue, margin, and volume targets across assigned portfolios
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through tailored solutions and proactive engagement
* Price, structure, and sell multi-asset class products including FX, FX Options, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, Equities, TRS, and Islamic Products
* Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Documentation to ensure seamless transaction execution
* Maintain 100% compliance with all operational and regulatory standards
* Identify cross-sell opportunities and optimize client FX flows to increase wallet share

* Respond to client inquiries with high levels of service to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Support the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with market conditions and client needs
* Utilize systems such as Bloomberg, Murex, and Super Derivatives for pricing and structuring

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
* Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 8 years in financial markets and direct client-facing roles
* Strong knowledge of Global Markets products, pricing models, and client sales processes
* Proficient in Murex, Bloomberg, and other financial systems for pricing and analytics
* Team player with excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure, manage complex client portfolios, and drive results
* Regional or foreign language skills are a plus
