What You ll Do

* Drive business growth by acquiring new advisory clients, mandates, and AUM in UAE, GCC, MENA, and international markets
* Manage investment advisory relationships for private banking clients, delivering customized portfolio construction, monitoring, and rebalancing
* Promote investment opportunities across asset classes in line with FAB s investment outlook and client needs
* Support business KPIs including revenue generation, fee income, and return on assets
* Source new investment ideas through market research, client feedback, and relationship manager input
* Ensure compliance with FAB policies, procedures, and external regulations at all times
* Contribute to advisory business projects to improve infrastructure, operational workflows, and service delivery
* Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions on investment advisory as needed

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications like CFA preferred)
* Strong background in investment research, portfolio management, and delivering tailored investment propositions
* Deep knowledge of global markets, economic trends, and asset allocation strategies
* Proven ability to manage high-net-worth client relationships and deliver investment performance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (other languages a plus)
* Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail and client service orientation
