Senior Loan Officer

What role you will play in team: You'll be a senior member of the loan team, responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value loans, and providing guidance to junior colleagues.

What you will do: You'll assess credit risk, structure loan deals, negotiate terms, and manage a portfolio of existing loans.

Key responsibility:

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in loan origination and management, with a focus on high-value loans.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial modeling.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of loans effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
