What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Originate and manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, including financial and credit analysis
- Pitch and close deals across banking products and services in collaboration with internal product teams
- Lead credit proposals, term sheets, and transaction structures, ensuring sound risk assessment
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans for key clients
- Ensure timely credit reviews and compliance with all regulatory and audit standards
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to deepen client relationships and drive revenue
- Supervise junior staff and support daily operational needs, including documentation and client interaction
- Ensure KYC, AML, and internal process compliance
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and regular performance updates
What Skills Are Needed for a Corporate Relationship Manager in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance or a related field
- Master s degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of corporate banking experience, particularly in coverage roles
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of banking products, credit analysis, and market dynamics
- Ability to build long-term strategic client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Data analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment expertise
- Familiarity with core banking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
