AI Portfolio Management Leader

Overview
This leader will manage the end-to-end process framework for delivering and overseeing AI use cases and capabilities across the company, from discovery and ideation, to elaboration and design, to execution, to implementation and operationalization, to post-implementation monitoring. This includes enterprise prioritization, governance activities, value measurement, and portfolio-wide communication. They will partner closely with business and Technology leaders to manage an efficient pipeline of AI use cases according to an AI playbook and guided by business priorities, and will identify and implement process improvements to optimize flow of AI value to the company.
Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end AI portfolio management process, overseeing all AI use cases from discovery and ideation through design, execution, implementation, and post-deployment monitoring.
• 
  Develop and maintain the enterprise AI playbook, standardizing intake, evaluation, approval, and delivery methods across business lines and technology teams.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to manage a dynamic, prioritized pipeline of AI initiatives aligned with strategic objectives and measurable business value.
• Establish and facilitate governance forums for AI use-case review, approval, and tracking, ensuring consistent oversight and transparency.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for portfolio health, value realization, and operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and automation to optimize throughput, reduce delivery friction, and accelerate responsible AI value delivery.
• Lead portfolio-wide communication and reporting, providing executive-level visibility into AI strategy, progress, risks, and realized outcomes.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 8 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence including GenAI and ML. Advanced Analytics, Data Management, Data Analytics, AI Risk Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence including GenAI and ML. Advanced Analytics, Data Management, Data Analytics, AI Risk.
Preferred Area of Study: AI Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred Area of Experience: Financial Services Industry
Skill(s): Strategic, Change Management, Understanding of data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Data Warehouse, Marts etc.), lineage documentation, ETL processes , Understanding of agile data product delivery across cross-functional teams using frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
