Our team operates at the intersection of development and IT Operations focuses on building scalable secure and high performing infrastructure. We are a collaborative and forward-thinking group that embraces modern DevOps practices such as infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native tooling. The team works closely with developers, QA and security engineers to ensure seamless code delivery and system performance from development to production.

As a DevOps Engineer on our team, your work will directly power the performance, stability, and scalability of everything we build within IT. Your expertise will accelerate release cycles, improve testing environments and empower your teammates with better tools and workflows.
Key Deliverables

• Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers and operations teams to guarantee smooth deployment, automation, and management of software infrastructure.
• Design build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software applications and environments.
• Setup and manage observability tools and implement alerting and logging for early issue detection.

• and ensuring the reliability and performance of applications and services in preproduction and production.
• Troubleshoot software infrastructure issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
• Designing and implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate the setup, scaling, and management of IT resources.
• Identify code vulnerability solution and fix.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate them to improve efficiency.

Technical Skills

• Degree in Engineering, MCA or equivalent. 12-14 years of experience in development teams with a minimum of 10 in Devops or similar role.

Get Hired
• Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, tools, and practices, with a focus on automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Experienced in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment using DevSecOps tools and platforms, such as Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, and security scanning tools.
• Experienced in multiple programming and scripting languages and capable of writing secure code.
• Proficiency with Ansible and terraform.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Helm or OpenShift for orchestration and scaling.
• Awareness of monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and log management tools like Splunk.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems
• Familiarity with security scanning and vulnerability management
• Experience collaborating with teams using tools like Jira/Confluence

Relationships & Collaboration
You will be part of a cross geographical team that delivers banking solutions in technology. You will report into the Director responsible for technical delivery from India. You would be working closely with the vertical owner for Devops in the US. You will lead a technical team of devops engineers and responsible for the sprint deliverables for the India team.
