Job Description
- As a Business Manager - Enterprise Sales at Fiserv, your primary responsibility will be to source new Enterprise clients and grow the wallet share for the existing portfolio. You will proactively identify opportunities within the enterprise segment, focusing on large-scale merchants and strategic accounts. Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers will be essential to understanding their business objectives and pain points.
Collaboration with internal teams is crucial as you work towards developing comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable value to clients. Your role will involve customizing solutions to meet the unique needs of each client and ensuring favorable contract negotiations. Effective pipeline management is key, providing accurate forecasts to senior management while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Your tasks will include sourcing new Enterprise merchants, ensuring commercial and contractual closure with merchant partners, and liaising with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling portfolios and addressing customer queries.

Ideally, you should have a graduate or postgraduate degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a similar role. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force CRM software would be beneficial for this position.,
