Job Description
- As a Senior Sales Manager (Team Lead) in Real Estate at First Door Realty LLP, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily sales operations and lead a team of sales professionals in Bangalore. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of sales targets by developing effective sales strategies, conducting market analysis, managing client relationships, and providing training and support to the sales team. Your active involvement in client meetings, property tours, and negotiation processes will be essential to closing deals successfully.

Relevant experience in the real estate industry is preferred, as it will provide you with the necessary insights and expertise to excel in this position.
