Job Description

    As a Senior Sales Manager (Team Lead) in Real Estate at First Door Realty LLP, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily sales operations and lead a team of sales professionals in Bangalore. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of sales targets by developing effective sales strategies, conducting market analysis, managing client relationships, and providing training and support to the sales team. Your active involvement in client meetings, property tours, and negotiation processes will be essential to closing deals successfully.
    To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Developing Sales Strategies. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and closing deals. Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Analytics Tools will enable you to track and analyze sales performance effectively.
    The ability to meet sales targets, work independently, and lead a team will be critical in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is required. Relevant experience in the real estate industry is preferred, as it will provide you with the necessary insights and expertise to excel in this position.
