This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter located in Chennai. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional duties include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also prepare job descriptions, communicate with applicants, and participate in career events.
