•Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
•Addressing customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
•Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets.
Requirements:
•Fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus).
•Must hold a valid visa (visit or sponsorship)
•Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
•Strong communication and persuasion skills.
•Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
