Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Pune. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for assisting in the full-life cycle of recruiting, supporting employer branding activities, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Skills in Hiring and Interviewing
• Knowledge of Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software is a plus

2 Months Internship Opportunity

Rs. 5000/- stipend per month

Pune - HQ, In-Office work mode

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Work Timings : 9am to 6pm
