Senior Manager Affiliate Marketing

Location: Dubai (Hybrid, must include 2-3 days a week in Dubai office)

We are working exclusively with a fast-growing, globally regulated FinTech operating across multiple international markets. The business is scaling its marketing function and is investing heavily in building a best-in-class global affiliate programme as a core, long-term acquisition channel.

This is a senior marketing leadership role, sitting within the central marketing team (not sales), and will suit an experienced affiliate marketing professional with a strong grasp of performance marketing, tracking infrastructure, compliance, and global best practices.

The Role

As Senior Manager Affiliate Marketing, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and scaling a global affiliate marketing programme from the ground up. The focus is on strategic partner acquisition, programme architecture, and sustainable growth, rather than day-to-day affiliate sales.

You will own the affiliate channel end-to-end, building it into a material revenue driver across multiple regions while operating within highly regulated, high-risk environments.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design and execute a global affiliate acquisition and growth strategy aligned with wider marketing objectives
• Identify, recruit, and develop high-value affiliate partners across priority international markets
• Build and optimise affiliate programme infrastructure, tracking, and attribution models
• Monitor performance through data, analytics, and KPIs, continuously optimising ROI
• Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and strategic partnerships
• Work closely with compliance, product, tech, and brand teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Ensure all affiliate activity adheres to strict regulatory, compliance, and brand guidelines
• Produce clear reporting and insights for senior stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities to innovate and scale the affiliate channel globally

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• 8+ years experience in affiliate marketing, within FinTech, trading, gambling, or other heavily regulated / high-risk sectors
• Proven track record of building and scaling marketing affiliate programmes at a global level
• Background in professional marketing teams (performance, digital, or growth marketing) not affiliate sales

Get Hired
• Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms (e.g. HasOffers, Impact, Cellxpert or similar)
• Solid grasp of attribution, analytics, conversion optimisation, and performance marketing fundamentals
• Significant experience work experience gained within Forex/ CFD's / Gambling / Crypto, high risk regulated environment
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
• Confident working in fast-paced, target-driven international environments

Desirable

• An existing network of affiliates or IBs within trading, FX, CFDs, or gambling
• Experience managing multi-region, multilingual affiliate programmes
• Additional language skills (e.g. Arabic or Russian) are beneficial but not required
