Are you an experienced recruiter ready to make a meaningful impact Five9 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team in India. In this key role, you will lead hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in our growing India operations, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers.
We are looking for a recruiter with corporate experience, ideally in the tech sector, who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a collaborative mindset, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. If you are proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to excellence in recruitment, this is the role for you. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• 
  Source, attract, and engage top talent while building strong talent pipelines for future needs
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance on hiring best practices
• Develop strategic job plans and advise managers on sourcing strategies
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support regional recruitment initiatives and lead pre-onboarding activities for new hires
• Recommend process improvements, new sourcing strategies, and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, preferably within technology companies, with full-cycle recruiting expertise

  Proven success in sourcing, hiring, and closing top talent efficiently
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for global collaboration
• Ability to work flexibly to interact with US-based teams and across multiple time zones
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
• Ability to improve workflows, implement better processes, and lead recruitment initiatives
• Collaborative, proactive, and a team player
• Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
