Job Summary:

Five 9s Solutions is seeking a Social Media Specialist to drive our digital presence through engaging content and strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both organic and paid social media marketing, strong content creation and design skills, and a keen understanding of social media trends, analytics, and advertising strategies. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design

• Design high-quality visuals, graphics, and videos for social media posts, ads, and promotions.
• Utilize tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant design platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and multimedia content to boost organic reach and audience engagement.
• Actively grow follower base and enhance community interaction through strategic engagement.

Paid Advertising & Analytics

• Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Monitor and track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.).
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve content performance and ROI.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

Experience:

• 0-1 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong copywriting skills for social media captions and ad copy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in video editing for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
