Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned paid media clients
- Manage day-to-day client communication, expectations, and deliverables
- Lead client calls, weekly/monthly reviews, performance discussions, and QBRs
- Build long-term relationships through consultative engagement and value-driven insights
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Understand client objectives and develop paid media strategies aligned to business KPIs
- Oversee execution of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X, and programmatic platforms
- Ensure accurate campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and optimization
- Collaborate with internal performance teams to drive ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CAC goals
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to clients
- Ensure timely implementation of optimization recommendations
- Track budgets, pacing, and ensure efficient media spends
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
- Translate complex performance data into clear, client-friendly narratives
- Highlight wins, challenges, and next-step recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy across dashboards and reports
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with performance marketing, creative, analytics, and tech teams
- Coordinate campaign launches, creatives, landing pages, and tracking setups

- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Account Growth & Retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Support renewal discussions and scope expansions
- Proactively recommend new channels, formats, or strategies to drive growth
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention hands-on understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
- Agency-side experience managing performance marketing clients
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models
- Exposure to e-commerce, lead-gen, or app-based campaigns
- Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult client conversations professionally
