Job Description

The Group Head - Account Management will lead and scale strategic relationships across key Google and Meta accounts, acting as the primary business owner for high-value clients.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and performance outcomes across paid media engagements, while mentoring account leadership teams and partnering closely with platform, analytics, and strategy functions.

The role demands a strong blend of commercial acumen, platform expertise, and executive-level client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Growth:
- Own executive relationships with marquee Google and Meta accounts, serving as the strategic advisor and escalation point.
- Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion of media, analytics, and technology offerings.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, performance discussions, and long-term roadmap planning with senior client stakeholders.
Platform & Performance Strategy:
- Provide strategic oversight across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, App Campaigns, and Commerce solutions.

- Partner with platform specialists to define media strategies aligned to client business goals, ROI, and growth metrics.
- Ensure best-in-class adoption of platform innovations, betas, and automation capabilities.
Team & Delivery Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and scale account management and client servicing teams across multiple portfolios.
- Establish operating models, account governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
- Ensure consistent quality, SLA adherence, and outcome-driven execution across all managed accounts.
Commercial Ownership:
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and margin management across the account portfolio.
- Partner with finance and leadership teams on pricing models, contracts, renewals, and commercial negotiations.
- Track profitability and drive operational efficiencies without compromising client outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams including media, analytics, creative, product, and tech.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams on new pitches, renewals, and strategic partnerships.
- Represent the organization in platform-level discussions with Google and Meta stakeholders.

Required Skills & Expertise:
- Deep hands-on and strategic knowledge of Google and Meta advertising ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and analytics frameworks.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise or high-spend accounts.
- Ability to translate platform capabilities into business impact and revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing Google and Meta accounts at scale (agency or in-house).
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Leadership Attributes:
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
- Client-first leader with a bias for accountability and outcomes.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Proven track record of building high-performing account teams.
