To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Assistant will be based in Coimbatore.
This position will be predominantly partnering with the US Talent Acquisition organization, managing and executing tasks associated with Interview activities, Offer preparation, Background check initiation etc. Additionally, will be involved in general activities under HR Operations.
What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Scheduling interviews
• Set up travel for the candidates and processing travel expenses.
• Responsible for creating the offer packet for the candidate including all paperwork and the offer letter for the candidate selected for hire.
• Supporting background checks initiation and closure.
• 
  Processing Mass Requisition process on conversions.
• Supporting other general activities under HR support function.
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Any graduate (preferably bachelors degree in human resources, psychology, Business Administrator) with 0-2 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills – Written and Spoken
• Collaborative
• Networking skills
• Presentation skills
• Proactive
