Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead the financial planning and analysis function for a specific business unit.

What you will do: Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts; analyze financial performance; and provide financial insights to senior management.

Key responsibility:

• Develop annual operating plans and budgets.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance against plans and identify variances.
• 
  Prepare insightful presentations for senior management.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis team.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and support decision-making.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/MBA with 5-7 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
