Job Description
Requirements: 6+ years in Program management in SaaS, EdTech startups.
Responsibilities: Strong Program Lead experience to drive the delivery of all programs.
Responsible for planning and implementation of all programs, including tech/manpower/budgets/revenue considerations etc.
Location: WFO role.
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred.
The Role
- Define and own program strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics in alignment with company goals.
- Drive Execution of programs right frim discovery, strategy, MVP, onboarding, and iterations.
- Identify market opportunities, conduct user research, and build actionable product requirements.
- Align manpower requirements, revenue streams, cost optimization and profitability.

- Partner with Marketing and Sales for effective go-to-market strategies and adoption.
The Person:
- 6+ years of experience in prgram management, in SaaS, EdTech
- Product certifications (e.g., Scrum, Pragmatic, Agile)
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
