About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate leadership outreach and communication initiatives.
• Manage candidate engagement and experience throughout the selection process.
• Support internal projects related to hiring, onboarding, and organizational planning.
• Maintain updated records and reports for internal use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on people-related initiatives.

  Get Hired
  13 years of experience in HR coordination, talent acquisition, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with senior leaders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general digital fluency.

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with leadership hiring or event-based talent engagement programs is a plus.
