Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent.

Our Client, a niche Human Resource Consulting Company, is looking to engage with an HRBP Consultant to support mainly with the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities;

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive talent and capability initiatives.
• Lead competency mapping and organization design efforts to build scalable and effective workforce structures.

• Manage and guide a team of copywriters and HR professionals to deliver consistent and engaging HR communication and documentation.
• Drive HR transformation projects, focusing on digitalization, process simplification, and adoption of HR tools and analytics.
• Develop and implement reward, recognition, and performance management frameworks that enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Leverage people analytics (Tableau, Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective change management and successful execution of HR initiatives.

Location: Bangalore (Remote)

Skills Required

• 5 to 13 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Transformation, and Consulting across diverse sectors.
• Strong grasp of core HR practices, including talent management, competency mapping, rewards, and organization design.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through strategic HR initiatives and process improvement.
• Skilled in HR analytics and digital tools (Tableau, Power BI, HRMS) to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and team management skills to ensure effective HR delivery.
