Job Description
- As a Supply Chain Design & Planning Consultant with our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, your main mission will be to focus on Supply Chain Design & Planning. You will be responsible for ensuring that Supply Chain processes are designed, implemented, and qualified in each project of OLM (Offer Lifecycle Management) to meet customer lead time, on-time delivery, inventory health, and sales targets. Additionally, you will functionally manage multiple regional Supply Chain Planning & Logistics teams across different projects and geographies.
Key Responsibilities / Activities:
- Ensure the Logistic Offer definition: You will work on building and challenging key Customer Logistic Offer elements with Marketing, affecting the Supply Chain architecture definition to balance customer requirements with Supply Chain capabilities and costs.
- Select, Adapt & Implement Upstream / Downstream Supply Chain Architecture: Your role will involve defining logistics and Supply Chain planning parameters and flows, optimizing flows throughout the E2E Supply Chain, coordinating master data creation/updates, contributing to supplier selection including Tier 23, and making Make-or-Buy decisions with SC cost & service evaluation. You will also propose, formalize, and validate Logistic Terms & Conditions, including consignment.
- Drive Supply Chain performance to project targeted level: You will be responsible for building and driving the launch for FG & components to ensure availability for the Sell date, supporting sales using Kinaxis Offer Creation Process Module. You will also organize and follow the post-sell performance review, including action plans.
- Visibility of Project in SIOP Process: Providing visibility, reporting project status, escalating if needed, and following up on action plans with the SIOP Manager. You will also manage the Step 1 (Offer review) instance with MoM (data-pack).
- Transfer responsibility from project mode to operations (Logistics & Planning processes).
- Build and drive the Global Substitution Plan and PWP (New & Old Range): Animate ramp-up and/or ramp-down plan definition and execution, minimizing scrap risk. Ensure detailed follow-up with regions and execution.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning (forecasting, DRP, production planning).
- Experience with OLM and SIOP processes.
- Proficiency in Kinaxis or similar SC planning tools and ERP systems.

- Strong background in flow design, supplier selection, and cost optimization.

- Solid project management and cross-regional leadership skills.
