About the Company

A fast-scaling US fintech is growing its global business and has partnered with Flexiple to hire from its India team. You will drive deals across multiple regions for a company changing how money moves. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Global Business Development Manager, you will own commercial growth across international markets, building multi-region pipeline, structuring partnerships, and closing deals that scale the business worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Global Pipeline

• Build and own pipeline across multiple global regions
• Run discovery and proposals tailored to each market and buyer
• Structure, negotiate, and close cross-border deals and partnerships

Strategy & Collaboration

• Map regulations, competition, and pricing across target regions
• Partner with product, compliance, and delivery on each market
• Report global pipeline, forecast, and insight to leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in business development across global markets
• A track record of closing deals across regions or geographies
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and cross-cultural skills
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to fintech, payments, or financial services
• Comfort with a partial overseas time-zone overlap
• An MBA in business or a related field
