Provisioning Analyst

JD for Coordinator POTS Provisioning:

1. Manage the order life cycle for different types of orders for POTS line in the US region which not only includes placement of orders but to ensure that the orders are error free and a billing completion is received on the same.

2. Order type includes New Install, Reinstatements, FAC to UNE, Conversions, Account Migration, Platform Change, Copper to Fibre orders, Deny, Restore, hunting configuration and MACD orders as per customer/End user requirement.

3. Efficiently place all the order types into different vendor portals as per the requirement.

4. Provide timely updates on the orders to all the stake holders and incorporate the same onto the corporate system.

5. Liase with internal team members/business colleagues for updates and any other validation that is required on the order.

6. Make Out Bound calls to the vendor as and when required for status updates on the orders.

7. Make Out Bound calls to the client/end user to inform them about the order FOC.

8. Ensure all milestones and SLAs are met as per the company standards.

9. Proactive escalations from time to time to various vendors to keep a check on the missed SLAs.

10. Meet Productivity and Quality standards.

11. Upskill on process as and when required.
