Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, enhance, and support multiple Workday modules (HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Security, Integrations).
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, testing cycles, and user training.
• Build and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, BIRT), dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Collaborate with integration teams to support EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration frameworks.
• Manage security roles, business process configuration, and compliance within Workday.

  Get Hired
  Work closely with HR, Finance, and cross-functional leadership to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM and at least 2+ additional modules (Recruitment, Compensation, Security, Integrations).
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Report Writer, and business processes.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Workday certifications (nice to have but not mandatory).
