Job Description
- As an Associate Product Manager at FlintLab, you will play a crucial role in product development and executive-level operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with FlintLab's goals. Your ability to manage diverse responsibilities, from driving product excellence to fostering strong relationships with clients and partners, will be essential in this dynamic role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the CFO, CTO, and tech leads to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Researching market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
- Overseeing the product development life cycle and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Gathering and prioritizing customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Organizing and leading customer demos, workshops, and training sessions.
- Defining KPIs, measuring product performance, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
In addition to your product management responsibilities, you will also support the COO's executive office functions, including:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring timely and professional communication.

- Assisting in preparing and organizing documents for business operations.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Planning and managing events, workshops, and conferences.
To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in technical product management or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in project management tools are essential. Experience in startups or fast-paced environments, familiarity with the tech or software industry, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are preferred attributes.
