Role Overview :
As the Director of HRBP, you will serve as a strategic architect and trusted advisor to the leadership team, driving the human capital agenda for our Bangalore operations. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and organizational culture, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into actionable people initiatives.

Your day-to-day will involve navigating high-stakes employee relations, shaping talent pipelines, and fostering a high-performance environment that scales with our rapid growth. By aligning HR strategy with bottom-line outcomes, you will directly influence organizational health, employee engagement, and the long-term competitive advantage of the firm.
Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals to ensure organizational agility and operational excellence.
- Lead complex workforce planning initiatives to anticipate future talent needs and ensure the right capabilities are in place to meet evolving market demands.
- Partner with senior leadership to champion talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development, to build a robust internal pipeline.
- Oversee high-level employee relations and conflict resolution processes to maintain a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to refine hiring strategies and employer branding, ensuring the attraction of top-tier industry talent.
- Analyze people metrics and organizational data to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and improve overall business performance.
Required Skillset :
- MBA from Tier-1 institute.
- Proven expertise in organizational design and change management, with a track record of leading large-scale transformations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of navigating sensitive employee relations issues with high emotional intelligence and professional discretion.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to influence business outcomes and optimize workforce productivity.
- 15 - 25 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a deep understanding of the nuances of the Bangalore corporate landscape from Quick commerce, supply chain background.
