Cleartrip is disrupting the way India travels. Driving Profitable growth is part of our core goals with the Business Finance team supporting the Growth org in day-to-day planning, execution, measurement across growth levers and increasing ROI across campaigns and channels.

Your Role:
A. Business Partnering
1. Partner with business teams (Verticals: Air, Hotels, Packages etc & Horizontals: Growth Marketing, Platform-Product & Tech, Customer Experience, Bank Alliances, Accounting, Legal & Taxation etc) to achieve both top-line and bottom-line targets
2. Independently drive discussions with business teams related to revenue management, pricing & discounts and working capital with a clear view on path to profitability
3. Work closely with relevant teams and take complete ownership of sustainable cost reduction methods, policy formulation & standardization in line with industry benchmarks

4. Work with Product and Tech teams to identify and solve business problems, quantify the impact of product features/ tech interventions, and drive the post implementation roadmap
5. Drive strategies around user growth, customer share, organic customer growth to build a healthy Top of the Funnel - for the initial 6 months, this will be focused on B2B business driving growth for Corporate, SME & API clients as well as leading the business finance for Agency business
6. Review and analyse historical business trends, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop financial models, and evaluate business outcomes
B. Business Reporting
1. Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyse causes of variance
2. Keenly follow the competitive landscape and feed management with relevant intelligence
3. Monitor competitor activity and strategies to benchmark performance and identifying improvement areas
4. Build and manage financial models for forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving
5. Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making and be the Source of Truth wrt business metrics

Must Have Skills:
1. Finance Professional with 7-8 years of experience, preferably in the Travel or Consumer Internet Business. (Excl articleship experience)
2. Exceptional levels of ownership & bias for action
3. Experience in Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting process
4. Prior experience in designing MIS to facilitate business performance reviewing
5. Problem Solving Ability while working with cross functional teams.
