Virtual Styling And Image Quality Control Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Styling and Image Quality Control Coordinator to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, quality checking, and coordinating AI-generated fashion imagery, ensuring it meets our high standards for product representation, technical accuracy, and brand aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough quality control checks on AI-generated images, examining technical aspects like resolution, lighting, color accuracy, and rendering quality
• Coordinate the virtual styling process, ensuring AI-generated outfits and looks align with current fashion trends and brand guidelines
• Evaluate image composition, including model posing, garment fit, fabric rendering, and overall aesthetics to maintain brand consistency
• Conduct systematic quality assessments to identify technical defects, visual artifacts, or inconsistencies in AI-generated content
• Document and track common image quality issues to help improve AI generation processes
• Create and maintain detailed QC checklists and quality standards for AI-generated fashion imagery
• Collaborate with AI teams, fashion designers, and brand managers to enhance the quality and accuracy of virtual fashion representations
• 
  Stay updated on fashion trends, styling techniques, and brand guidelines to ensure cutting-edge virtual fashion presentations
• Assist in developing and refining virtual styling and image quality guidelines for AI-generated content

Qualifications

• Strong eye for fashion, style, and technical image quality
• Experience in quality control processes and documentation
• Excellent understanding of clothing construction, textile materials, and how they translate to digital imagery
• Knowledge of fashion photography principles, including composition, styling, posing, and technical image requirements
• Experience in fashion e-commerce, digital styling, or virtual merchandising preferred
• Proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) and quality assessment tools

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in fashion styling, digital fashion, e-commerce, or related industry, with demonstrated experience in quality control
• Proven attention to detail and experience in systematic quality assessment
• Strong analytical skills in evaluating both fashion styling and technical image quality
• Up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends and industry standards
