Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the well-being of all employees.

• Experience with performance management and development of HR strategies
