So, what does it take to be successful in this role
In This Role, You Will Be
Designing and architecting Finance & R2R digital solutions
Youll build robust SAP?based solutions (and explore other technologies) to improve finance processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
Partnering with Finance to ideate and shape digital opportunities
Youll collaborate with Finance teams to identify AI, automation, analytics, and digital capability opportunities, running innovation workshops and discovery sessions.
Translating business challenges into clear digital problem statements
Youll engage with stakeholders to uncover root causes, define requirements, and convert business challenges into actionable, technology?enabled solutions.
Orchestrating end?to?end delivery of digital finance initiatives
Youll work across SAP, Data, Analytics, AI, and Automation teams to ensure seamless solution delivery, while acting as a trusted innovation advisor to the Finance Leadership Team.
Driving process excellence and supporting people development
Youll support process standardization and efficiency initiatives, work closely with Process Excellence teams, and guide team members to foster collaboration and continuous learning.
