About The Position

Key Responsibilities

• IT Controls & Compliance: Ensure IT controls are properly designed, documented, and tested. Support control owners in executing their responsibilities, follow up on remediation actions, and help identify areas for improvement in control execution.
• Audit Support: Regularly track and report on the status of controls to comply with internal and external audit requirements. Monitor audit timelines and work with control owners to ensure audits are completed on schedule and required actions are addressed. Provide regular updates on control execution status and any remediation activities.
  
• SOC Reporting: Act as the control executor for reviewing SOC reports for key applications provided by third-party providers. Ensure that the review process follows the control design, documenting findings and actions taken in accordance with established control procedures. Assess complementary controls (CUECs) and ensure that any identified risks are mitigated and properly documented.
• Self-Assessments & Control Testing: Provide support and oversight over the quarterly self-assessment process, where control owners evaluate their controls effectiveness. Follow up on results, document findings, and report on the overall status and any necessary corrective actions.
• Risk & Governance: Maintain and update the IT functional risk register, ensuring risk changes are properly documented and incorporated into the broader IT risk framework. Work closely with IT teams and control owners to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in line with company policies.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of IT controls, risk management, and audit processes.
• Proven experience in reviewing and documenting SOC reports, following control procedures, and assessing complementary controls (CUECs).
• Ability to track and report on internal and external audit statuses, ensuring timelines and compliance requirements are met.
