Location: Bangalore (Full-time, On-site)

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end branding and digital marketing for multiple real estate projects.
• Design and execute go-to-market strategies and digital-first launch plans.
• Drive campaigns across WhatsApp, performance marketing, social media, and BTL channels to boost site visits and conversions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to sharpen positioning and strategy.
• Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing collaterals (brochures, hoardings, creatives, landing pages, videos).
• Collaborate closely with sales, design, and vendor teams for seamless execution.
• Own and optimize project marketing budgets, ensuring every rupee spent delivers ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to leadership.

• Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all online (website, digital platforms, social) and offline (brochures, hoardings, site branding) touchpoints.

What Were Looking For

• A self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for building brands.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, campaign strategy, and creative storytelling.
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus (but not mandatory).
