Role Summary
The Senior Data Analyst to join our Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence team, will report to the Head of QA-OE you will be responsible for understanding and using data related to Quality Assurance generating accurate and insightful tools and reports to help drive business improvements.
Job Scope

• Develop and deploy tools to enable effective use of our Quality Assurance data
• Turn QA data into meaningful dashboards and reports for the business
• Provide this data to support certification and improvement of company Quality Assurance system as part of our integrated management system (IMS)
• Develop and conduct training and awareness of Quality Data tools
• Works closely with both Document Control function in QA-OE
• Supports our Master Data Management team with QA related data on initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Works with digital team members engaged with tools and solutions supporting QA. i.e. Intelex, MS Dynamics.
• Supports the End-to-End business process owners and operational excellence team members with data as required
  
• Collaborates with HS&E to share tools and data as needed
  

What You Bring

• Extensive work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases.
• Familiarity with FLS systems landscape including strong MS Dynamics experience.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
• Works effectively with colleagues from related disciplines (especially IT) and other improvement initiatives within the enterprise
• Creative and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills (thinks outside the box)
