Job Description

    The Sales & Business Development team at Flurn is a dynamic and rapidly growing team that presents numerous opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement. As a part of this team, you will be exposed to a comprehensive 360-degree business development role that covers the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, establishing B2B partnerships, executing marketing initiatives, and engaging in inside sales activities.
    This role is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in Sales & Marketing or Business Development and thrive in high-growth, high-intensity environments.
    Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities by prospecting and creating a target list of apartment communities for Flurn programs, conducting marketing activities such as running activations in key communities, and converting interested customers through a comprehensive B2C sales approach. Additionally, you will be expected to cultivate long-term client relationships to support account management and effectively utilize sales management tools like CRM systems, BI Dashboards, and Google Sheets.
    Ideal candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Engineering, demonstrate a high-energy attitude with a strong willingness to learn, and have a keen interest in business development and sales. Freshers who are enthusiastic about entering the field are encouraged to apply. It is mandatory to have your own private transportation vehicle, preferably a 2-wheeler, for client meetings, marketing events, and prospecting. Strong negotiation and communication skills, along with fluency in English and either Kannada or Hindi, are essential requirements.
