Internship Overview
Were seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations within a consultancy environment, with exposure to recruitment, administration, and employee engagement in a fast-growing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition, including creating job postings, screening resumes, coordinating candidate interviews, and communicating with applicants.
Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring smooth administrative integration.
Maintain HR documentation and records, such as application tracking, interview notes, and personnel files.
Aid in employee engagement effortshelp plan and coordinate internal initiatives to boost team morale.
Support compliance with HR-related legal and regulatory requirements relevant to Siliguri (e.g., labor laws, documentation standards).
Assist in HR administrative tasks, including scheduling, database updates, attendance tracking, and documentation management.
Provide general support for ad-hoc HR and office functions, such as coordination with external vendors, travel coordination, or event logistics when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor&aposs/Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
Familiarity with basic recruitment processes and administrative tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local HR laws/regulations is a plusbut not required.
