Job Description
- As a Supply Chain Business Analyst at Fairdeal.Market, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the operations of Quick Commerce B2B Grocery Dark Stores by leveraging data to drive operational excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing data related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery to identify operational inefficiencies, recommend solutions for optimization, and improve customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the operations team and senior management. By collaborating with Store Managers, you will identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance store layout, picking paths, packing processes, and delivery routes.
Additionally, you will work closely with the procurement and sales teams to improve demand forecasting accuracy, develop strategies for optimal inventory levels, and analyze inventory turns. Your role will also involve mapping existing supply chain processes, identifying bottlenecks, and streamlining procedures through the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field, along with 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a supply chain, logistics, or quick commerce environment. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and familiarity with inventory management principles are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, are also key qualifications for this position.,
