Key Responsibilities
Team Management Hire, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing innovation team.
Project Management Oversee and coordinate R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
Technical Expertise Provide technical guidance, feedback, and troubleshooting support.
Quality Assurance Ensure product quality, manage technical risks, and optimize processes.
Communication Act as a bridge between management, clients, and team members.
Innovation & R&D Drive research and development initiatives to keep up with industry trends and advancements.
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for innovation and process enhancement.
