MARKETING MANAGER - RESTAURANTS

Food People are currently seeking a Marketing Manager for a fast-growing restaurant business that operates their restaurant brands across the GCC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy across all markets and brands, in alignment with their esteemed partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including promotional calendars, program initiatives, and new product launches.
- Collaborate closely with brand partners to adapt global campaigns into effective local campaigns.
- Utilise the marketing budget efficiently to deliver marketing and communications strategies for the brands.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, encompassing campaigns, events, digital marketing, sales, and PR activities across all brands and markets.
- Provide guidance and supervision to the marketing team in their day-to-day activities.
- Ensure that the marketing objectives are effectively executed by the team.
- Measure and report on the results of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct customer, brand, and product research initiatives, identifying consumer trends.
- Continuously analyse the competitive landscape within the markets.
- Establish and grow the brand's target market share.
- Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
- Supervise the marketing team, overseeing hiring, training & development, workloads, schedules, and deadlines.

KEY INGREDIENTS
- Experience in multiple GCC markets would be preferred.
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts, and practices.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with senior-level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in compiling and analysing performance data to develop metrics supporting decision-making for subsequent campaigns.
- Effective time management, organization, and leadership abilities.
- University degree or college diploma in business or marketing. MBA preferred.
