Role Overview

  • As we expand we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales professional to join the Chennai office and work closely with our Director of Telesales in establishing both the team and process required to drive our CEOs global growth plan.

  • This post will be demanding; there will be challenges, and these will require a problem solver who can resolve them whilst delivering on short to mid-term sales goals.

  • You will have a successful background selling mid to high value technology solutions internationally. You will have experience of not only driving growth but also building winning processes from the ground up that drive quality leads, build market intelligence, and identify opportunities.

  • Our key areas of growth will be the US, Aus / NZ, and the UK, where we wish to drive our full ecosystem of products to independents but much more importantly, Franchises and Enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • To deliver on your quarterly sales targets per region.

    Meet targets on volume and value of potentials being nurtured into the sales funnel.
  • To segment by region, the value and type of potential we can target vs product opportunity.
  • Add strategy and efficiency to all sales ops via capitalizing on data and refining processes.
  • Be a close support to the Director of Telesales in all activities and projects as per required.
  • Be a key contributor to the strategic plan development and support to all senior stakeholders.
  • Provide timely reports of results as well as progress of all activities.
  • Run a motivated, high-performing small team of Agents.
  • Identify the required tools to drive knowledge on technology used, key people, and companies.
