Senior Software Engineer Dashboarding, Reporting & Data Analytics
Location: Mumbai (Preferred)
Experience: 8-10 years
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in dashboarding, reporting applications, and data analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Golang and Java, experience working with AWS services like Kinesis, Redshift, and Elasticsearch, and the ability to build scalable, high-performance data pipelines and visualization tools. This role is critical in delivering data-driven insights that help businesses make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting applications for real-time and batch data visualization.
• Build data pipelines and analytics solutions leveraging AWS services like Kafka, Redshift, Elasticsearch, Glue, and S3.
• Work with data engineering teams to integrate structured and unstructured data for meaningful insights.
• Optimize data processing workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Develop APIs and backend services using Golang and Java to support reporting and analytics applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized reports and visualizations.
• Implement data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Stay updated with emerging data analytics and cloud technologies to drive innovation.
  

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software development, data analytics, and dashboarding/reporting applications.
• Proficiency in Golang and Java for backend development.
• Strong expertise in AWS data services (Kinesis, Redshift, Elasticsearch, S3, Glue).

  Experience with data visualization tools (Grafana, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, with a solid understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.
• Experience in building and managing scalable data pipelines.
• Experience in big data processing frameworks (Spark, Flink).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with big data processing frameworks (Spark, Flink).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
